Trading Performance

Think about the best trader you know, then imagine the best Quarter (aprox 60 trading days) he ever had. How many loosing days might he have scored?? If it is anything below 8, congrats!! he beats GS supra-human score of 97% wining days.
My concern is not about the adventages they may have against retail traders. They are a big company and are loaded with resources of all kinds, but I wonder why MS, the #2 player which is also BIG, can't even dream with that performance......
